Well you need a jailbroken PS3 to do so using a package file. No way to do it on ps4. Also, make sure you quote us back next time so we see you replied.

I have 2 jailbroken ps3 one cex & one dex. I also have a ps4 with 1.61 fw and im thinking of updating it to 1.76 to look that i can do beacuse i rly want to play online with the ps4 and play GTA, but not hacking just playing.

Well you can't play online on ps4 without being updated to latest version. There is no public jailbreak and won't be for a long while. I'd say update it and just buy another ps4 if one does. It's what I'm going to do. Otherwise, I don't believe you can bypass the update on that FW.

Thats why im asking how the spoofing on ps3 is going in detail.

It's done with a jailbreak, but I don't understand what you're asking. Are you wanting to know how to spoof on PS3 or ps4?

yeah i know that a jailbreak is needed, but i want to know how in detail you have to change to spoof a fw on the ps3 so i can search for it on the ps4 maybe its likely the same.

No it's not, as I said without a PS4 jailbreak you can't do it. So it's pointless and you completely different.
