You can use this You must login or register to view this content.[DOWNGRADER+DEX].PUP

Then from the downgrader, install ITA

If you have Toggle QA installed you should be able to just update straight to 4.50 via safe mode. Make sure to remove any discs. It's very stable!

You don't need to downgrade to 3.55 unless he doesn't have Toggle QA.
