Once i Select Quit Game the Ps3 Reverts me back to a Black screen where i am unable to do anything. Looks as if its stuck in some sort of safe mode? Anyone got any ideas?

Might be a firmware issue. What firmware are you on?

So when you turn on your ps3 what happens?

try open ProDG Target Manager on your pc right click on your ps3 go to reset mode and set it to ps3 system software mode

When i first turn the PS3 on it is this screen that i see. I contacted my Guy that built the system and said tap PS button till it brings me to PS3 main menu. From there it is stuck in a game mode.You must login or register to view this content.

You booted your ps3 into debug mode i think.

Connect it to target manager and change boot mode to system software mode or release mode
