It says failed to connect and I was like wtf but I remember I updated to 4.78 DRex and I was on ccapi 2.60. Those versions aren't compatible so I downgraded because most rtm tools only use ccapi 2.60. When I downgraded, I went to rebug 3.55.4 Rex. After I tried to install 4.70 DRex and it gave me an error. The error was 80029CCA, I tried installing other firmwares and says the same thing. The only firmware I can install is 3.55 999 downgraded and 3.55.4 Rex. Any help is appreciated thanks!

Once on the 3.55 downgrader, just follow a jailbreak tutorial to go to any firmware you want.

For me you installed 3.55 kmeaw from 3.55 ofw then installed 3.55 rogero or something like that then you could go to any firmware you want.

But make sure to follow a step by step tutorial to make sure you don't mess up and brick or something.
