Well everything in webMAN Games folder was working fine until i refreshed the xmb so the new games i had recently just copied would appear in the PS3 Games folder, so after i restarted the ps3 i went straight to webMAN Games to see if my new games have appeared but when i try to open the folder nothing at all appears, WTF? This is one of the reasons why i restored and installed the new firmware. What the hell is going on?

Is Webman enabled in the settings?

Check Rebug toolbox to see if Webman and cobra are enabled.

Make sure you quote me back so I see you replied. You're Webman could be outdated, install and launch this once. Hopefully it fixes your issue.

After days of testing we finally restored the HDD and re jailbroke which seemed to fix the issue. Issue resolved!
