Yes, It has a NAND chip so will require a NAND hardware flasher such as Teensy ++ or progskeet..

A solder method from the e3 linker? I suppose..I have seen a video of someone doing something of that, but I don't know much about that sorry :/

Either you have more knowledge in that, or you can get the NAND flasher with clip on attachments to ease the process. There are other users here who know more about that..

I don't think you can jailbreak CECHB01 not sure so don't quote me on that.
Also best thing to do is buy a PS3 SLIM 3.55 OFW from ebay then jailbreak with USB
