I agree buy it from ebay for real its like buying a jailbroken ps3, i got my second one not from a website because they cost way more. I got mine for $60

All e3 flasher downgrade tools are the same. If you want to make sure your buying the right tool look at ur model and see I'f its a nor console or nand.

E3 flasher.. progskeet.. teenzy 2++ (i believe is the name). Those are all the tools made to downgrade a ps3 console. E3 flasher can only do nor consoles while the other 2 can do both nor and nand I believe. But u have to solder with those other ones.
