Update and problem number 2 : i managed to hard reboot and it opened now everything is in Korean! i tried logging in on psn it wont let me use an existing account or create a new one every time i press it after 2 minutes it says the connection to the server timed out . My connection is perfect tho

Hard reset ps3? can u try to just spoof it again even though it has never happened to me

What do you by "open", are you saying turning on the system? Also, where do you freeze in Recovery Mode? Right when you get there or after controller is plugged or after choosing an option or what? If you're able to access Debug Settings I would find the option and change it back. You're never supposed to mess with those settings, leave as they are.

something is wrong with psn i cant even go sign up it says the servers timed out and when they are back on it wont let me log in also the quick sign up screen doesnt show anything its just blue! i cant even go back i have to reboot ! its NOT my firware or my internet connection

ok i fixed it all i had to do was set the NP-enviroment to np!
