Im using EXTOR TION mod menu and when i start up gta it says error vist devEXTOR TION.com and when i do nothing shows

Just re-install the spikey mod loader .rpf to fix the mod loader issue.

And for your sprx either download the menu again and install it just incase there was an update, or update your IP on his site.
