Also...which games have mods/ mod menus that the modder can give to people in the lobby? (Like in Modern Warfare 2 I could give players in the lobby a mod menu which they could use on their OFW ps3) which games have mods like this which your friends can use too?

All Cods, and some other games, it really hasnt changed to much in last 3 years, some thing has improved and some other things have gotta worse, but we dont have to data transfer anymore like the mw2 days or use dougles lol, best improvement id say is ban's aren't really a problem online on cfw now unless you make noob mistakes, from late 2012 - 2014 sony was banning like crazy but since march 2015 i haven't really had and game ban issues or anything, was the last time they hot fixed spoofers from what i remember
