As of 21,May-2016 i can't seem to get into any game server to play although I'm online with PSN 4.80 update. Any info/help to figure this out would be greatly appreciated.

Note: PS3ITA 4.75 and spoofer CFW 5.80

What games have you tried so far? Have you changed any router settings?
