REBUG is the best in my opinion and has a good track record and history whereas not to put him down or anything but installing a CFW called BobbyDowngrades CFW i don't think is a good idea Happy

Certain firmwares like Rebug are popular for a reason, simply because they are the best option. Going from a popular CFW that 75% of CFW users are on and going to a firmware that 3% use probably isn't a good idea in my opinion.

To sum it up, if Rebug works fine and lets you do everything without hassle, why change? Smile

Bobby isn't too well known, but I wouldn't recommend using a MFW over an actual well known CFW such as Rebug or ITA. There's a possibility his MFW could have issues or bugs which then the community wouldn't be able to fix everything as we aren't sure what's inside of it. I suggest you just stick to a well known stable working release such as Rebug or ITA.
