on all my CFW's i use still, 4.75 ITA with webman mod, i've not had a single freeze issue nor have i had xmb lag or anything, i have had a few console issues but they were hardware issues which i have fixed after a some silly questions and a brainstorm.

I answered that at the very beginning. There's no "best CFW", that's based on opinion. And it doesn't matter if it's nand or nor. So long as it's a stable CFW it should be fine.

I'm just wondering why the CFW tool on the network section of the XMB on rebug 4.80 freeze if I choose soft or a hard reboot with the nand console. Works fine with the nor console I own.

I know that rebug don't support nand consoles for some of the selections they have on the firmware. But if I choose soft or hard reboot in rebug toolbox it works fine?

should do, worked for me, i never used the cfw tools in xmb so idk about that but the one in rebug toolbox works, as i use that when i change the files on the console
