If it matters I got banned today and I just converted to DEX 2 days ago. 2 questions why did I get banned so quickly, and how do I prevent getting future account bans/ console bans?

Maybe a lot of people reported you man i'm not sure but there's no way to 100% prevent account/console bans you're pretty much already doing as much as you can to lessen the risk so there's really nothing else you can do unfortunately.

Also from what i know, COD series has DemonWare which will detect CFW even if you spoof it. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Console bans, especially ones that come as a result of modding are always permanent.

Did you use a spoofer back on CEX, if so which? Is your CID on console banned, spoofing to a working one?
