There is no 3.30 CFW. Lowest I saw was 3.41, and why you'd want to go back that far is beyond me.

1. Install 3.55 Rogero Downgrader RSOD

No need for the extra step. He can just install 4.xx CFW on top of 3.30 then QA flag.
