Should i install Kmeaw 3.55 first and toggle QA it and than install Rebug REX 4.80 over it

you will not get a insta bann when you don't use psninja or psn patch so but it will help to get not bann so early

2) Yeah those are pretty much as good as you're gonna get to lower the ban risk and since you'll be on 4.80 you WON'T need a spoofer

3) No you won't need a spoofer to get online

Also by doing what you said you are able to use the 3.55 downgrader later on if you want to switch firmware
