For firmware i would go with REBUG 4.78.2 and you'll need PSNPatch & PSNinja to help lower the ban risk & CCAPI of course to be able to connect tools

Thanks dude! So how do i go from rogero to rebug on CEX?

Download it, then insert your USB into your PC and make sure it's formatted to FAT32 so the PS3 can read it. Then make a folder on it called PS3, make a folder inside that called UPDATE, and put the .pup file inside it and rename it PS3UPDAT.pup. As for the .pkg files just put them on your USB NOT in any folders.

In the "FORMAT device name (drive letter)" window, under "File system," click the drop-down arrow and select FAT32 and then click the Start button.
