No you're perfectly fine. Toolbox for some reason at times will convert you but corrupt the CFW. Which is why I don't like toolbox when converting and I prefer IDPS set. If you were screwed you wouldn't be able to even boot the system. All you need to do is reinstall your CFW, so if you're on 4.75 then reinstall the REX version. Make sure you remove any discs.
