Simply go to the website
Rebug.me

Download the rex version

Disable all spoofs

Update your cfw with ur usb

You need to quote us back! You can't install a DREX as that's for DEX CFW. Since you're on CEX you need Rex. Unless you convert to DEX.

Can I just install rebug 4.78.1 cex and then spoof it to 4.80?

If i were you i would download and install Rebug 4.78.2 rex not D-rex.
Once on rebug i would convert to DEX so you dont have to spoof firmware.
Install MultiMan and PsnPatch.
Use Edit your Psnpatch.cfg with your new IDPS and PSID.
or if you have no use for DEX go with the latest 4.80.1 Rebug rex. and you can always use cobra if you need to sprx.
