(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've tried reinstalling the firmware but I keep getting this message "No Applicable Update Data Was Found"
I've tried installing CFW updates & OFW updates and still the same message.

PS3 CFW 4.70 Rebug Rex

Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Try these, one or either of them should work

verify your folder structure:
fat32formattedusbflashdriveroot/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

use the rightmost usb port of the ps3.

the dex one worked but i'm not even on dex could i install a regular cex firmware over this

so I tried installing 4.70 rex again wouldn't find it but I tried 4.70 d-rex found it straight away

So you were on DEX, also in future make sure you quote us back. Has your issue been resolved?

Yes I went through the process of going to Dex like I dumped the root key nor bin but didn't remember actually switching firmware, so yes problem resolved thanks
