I downloaded Black Ops 2 to my HDD and when I load it through MM and go to the XMB I go up to /app_home/PS3_GAME/ and gives me the error code 80028F14. I checked BD mirror and external and all are enabled also hit permissions and still got the error code. I've searched all over the internet and can't find one answer that helps me out at all. Hopefully one of y'all are able to help a scrub out. Thank you for the help in advanced.

Make sure you have BD EMU enabled in multiMAN, sometimes when you install a new version of multiman it has it set to disabled as default.

I have. Its enabled and so is internal not external.

Just make sure BD EMU enabled in Multiman and select Internal, don't click app_home make sure you click the disc icon on the XMB when you select the game in Multiman.
If that doesn't solve your problem try uninstalling then re installing Multiman.

So delete multiman from my console completely then redownload it with a USB?

Yes delete Multiman from your console and download Multiman again then put it inside your USB then PS3 and install see if that solves your problem

After reinstall, if issue persists it sounds like the game isn't loading. As you are getting the app_home launch error. Do other games load fine from multiman? You may want to try another manager. Also, make sure you're sys calls are enabled and ofw isn't enabled as that can interfere with loading games.
