1. Wrong section
2. Any of the latest 4.XX CFWs would be good enough. CEX or DEX is up to you, but DEX is capable of more. Best place to purchase a system would be from eBay. I purchased mine from store.ps3downgrade.net as they offer great warranty. If you want to downgrade you'd first need to check if your system can be downgraded. If it can then you'd use hardware such as an E3 Flasher to do so.
If you need help getting setup once you get your system let me know.
