Hurah!
Are you on CEX or DEX ?
Also are you sure that CID & PSID is not invalid?

Open rebug toolbox, furthest column on the right and change active PS3id to yes (CEX) and/or change the beginning digits of your CID from 000000010082000to 000000010084000

It could be a invalid CID.

Could be, but most of the time this error is from what Dro mentioned or their NP Environment.

On the XMB, second column from the left, under network settings you should find debug settings. It should be one of the first options.

If you have debug settings, yes I believe so..

but I think it is more likely to do with the region of your CID though.. 82 to 84 or vice versa as alfie was saying..

the error is for invalid CID.

You can also try reinstalling rebug toolbox in hopes that it resets everything back to what it would be for CEX. (then) maybe use ccapi to set your CID, considering the region when doing so.

82=cex
84=dex

It won't show on CEX unless he's got Toggle QA and pushes the combo. Much easier and he'll get all options if he change debug menu to DEX in toolbox.

Go into toolbox, then second column. Change debug menu type to DEX. Then check.
