I accidentally ps3 update 4.80 ofw , for it was my game in the hdd is not readable at all .

You cannot downgrade a OFW PS3 with USB stick, you will need to get a E3 Flasher then downgrade it to 3.55 rogero or whatever.

its possible to leave from your ofw to cfw without an e3 flasher, your best bet is to either get a e3 flasher or get a downgrade service.
