You'd have to install a new one via CCAPI. You must login or register to view this content. a video. Make sure you set it as your boot CID as well.

If you're a noob and your cid got banned, I recommend asking some experienced modders about preventing bans. Because cids shouldn't get banned that quickly, you're doing something wrong. Personally I recommend before doing anything, go into rebug toolbox and change to EID5: 87 (CEX) then run whatever homebrew you want, and before going into a game or signing into PSN you install PSNinjaV4 and wipe history, replace history, and make history read only, then exit. (for extra safety, install PSNPatch and disable CFW). MAKE SURE YOU NEVER RUN HOMEBREW WHILE ONLINE!!!

and to answer your question, just do what Dog88 said, or you could do it using PSNPatch, however, the method Dog88 mentioned is a lot easier and quicker.
