Hi. You can use CCAPI or webman to set your new CID after you buy one. CIDs are not allowed on NGU so you will need to find someone that you consider trustworthy(can't stress this enough) and purchase it from them, or, the best way, buy a broken ps3 and extract a 100% private CID yourself using a hardware flasher such as e3 flasher.
