You can learn how to by following a tutorial for Pexploit. You can insert your own menus and stuff for cod 4, waw, etc.

That's been patched. Only works for like 4.68< or something.

You don't need to make a patch, I believe they work on any region. Just add it to your backup and restore. If no luck, then you'd need another region.
