ive tried downloading a patch version pkg of the store but that hasn't worked at all.

My cfw is a 4.80 spoofed cex rogero.

Delete your profile and try to redownload ps store don't install any PKG, when you delete your user account profile then create the user again and sign in it should ask for download ps store update etc just do the update and you should be good.
