I was reinstalling my cfw when my ps3 randomly turned off. Every time i try to turn it on it turns back off after 3 seconds and there is no light. I tried another PSU on it and it did the same thing. Please help me i dont feel like buying another ps3.

Can you access safe mode or try another HDD?

When i hold the power button down it does the same thing. Its not the hdd i checked.

Most likely the console has suffered damage from overheating. It will need a reflow, a reball, or to be replaced.
