It display ROS0: 4.75 and ROS1: 4.55 here: You must login or register to view this content. do I need maybe 4.55 cfw?

Ok guys tnx I will try something, I have valid dump what if I flash it and then which firmware I need to install? I jailbroken over 10 consoles but that was 1 year ago, I forgot everything about that. PS3 of my friend was jailbroken before but with usb jailbreak, I mean he installed cfw when console was on 3.55(btw model is ps3 phat cech-L04(nor), then friend of my friend accidently updated ps3 to ofw 4.76, and he gave it to me yesterday so I can jailbreak it again, I opened ps3 done backup but 1 time not 3 times, then I flashed patched dump, but on patched and original dump it says ROS1: 4.55 and ROS0: 4.76, I know that I was need to update ps3 one more time to 4.80 then to extract dump but, now when I finished everything as before I got ROS1 error because my flash tool is on 4.75 which is normal, I flashed patched dump and closed my ps3, then I turned ps3 on and it says System software cannot run correctly, please connect storage media with 4.76 or later, I put my usb with 4.76 cfw, it doent work, I put 4.80 rebug rex still nothing, I tried rogero 4.55 and it doesnt work, what do you guys think? Do i need to flash original dump then to install 4.76 ofw then to extract all again and etc...?

I put 3.55 rogero downgrader and put it on ps3 clicked, start + select and I m again stucked at Checking...

Do u have your blue ray drive connected to the motherboard. If its still apart or you didn't connect the blue ray drive correctly that's why u get infinite "checking" screen

Also if I were you I would reinstall 4.76 ofw Then make sure she loads fine. Then extract 2 good dumps then patch one of them doing what ever you have to do for 4.76.. Then put the patched backup on the ps3 . This should allow you to install rodgerio downgrader rsod fix. Which after you install that. Just install rebug 3.55.2 rex firmware or rodgerio 3.55 v2 (i believe it us called) firmware then you can update to any firmware after that.


I had a similar problem to you. I had a ps3 that was on 3.60 firmware so I got my dumps and patched one using the 4.50 patcher. But after I flashed the patched dump to the ps3 it wouldn't take rodgerio..so I reflashed my original back up to the ps3 then installed 4.50 ofw then. Took 2 backups of the nor again then patched it using the same patcher then after putting that patched backup on the ps3 it worked. It took rodgerio downgrader lol I was set. Then I just went to rebug 3.55 >. Rebug 4.46 rex > swapped to Dex> rebug 4.75.3 Drex. And now I'm good to go I just need to finish installing games then I can sell this bitch. Lol. So I hope this gives you an idea on what you're problem is and how to fix it

I fixed and jailbroken my ps3 to rebug 4.80 d-rex thank you guys I just flashed original dump then installed 4.80 ofw, then I again attached e3 and after that I extracted dump 3 times then patched it and flashed it with 4.78 flash tool and then I installed 3.55 rogero downgrader and went from that to rebug 4.80 rex then converted to dex. I wrote all this if someone have same problem and he can message me on inbox I will help him lol.
