Yes in the Lexicon Configuration file you get when downloading Lexicon you can change the opening combo.
Look for:
-- GUI Settings --
gBind1 = 197;
gBind2 = 194;
and change it to 197 and 194 like i have because that combo is R1+Square.
Then after that save the file and put it into the tmp folder along with the Lexicon SPRX and then you should be set.

It worked but I forgot I have another menu on those buttons, do you know the codes for square and dpad right?
