I use to create fully custom guitar hero games back on ps2..add songs/actually make and place the dots to strum, etc. Change backgrounds and loading screens..There was a website(can't remember it atm) with a whole community that did it. Haven't tried anything like that on ps3 though.. Sounds cool though and brings back some memories lol.

I would imagine it being a modded track that you just need to FTP to your ps3's guitar hero tracks directory..i could be 100% wrong though..
