Try reinstalling your CFW.

This happened to me and I couldn't figure out why and it eventually led to me reinstalling my FW, but that isn't necessary. Go to what ever spoofer you have & put it on "Full CFW Mode". You may have went into OFW mode and it takes the install package files away.
