I get this error:

I either get that error or error #0
You must login or register to view this content.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro. Like I said I have installed it before no problem.

Here is what I have tried to fix it so far:
*Re-install Air
*Install Flash Player
*3 different web browsers
*Windows Uninstall and Install tool
