(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Was on rebug 4.75.3 rex(cfw) it randomly came up with ( the system software cannot be run correctly) and didn't go away so I formatted my hdd put 3.55 ofw on usb tired to install it and it came up with "8002f2c5 error"?

Have you tried restarting the console?
Did you have QA toggled? Hopefully you did lol

If it keeps showing up just install your CFW back. Only if you had QA toggled

This error is such a pain, simply because you cannot tell what your actual error is. What I mean by that is that 8002F2C5 isn't your real error, I had this problem (stuck in it for about 5 months...) and my error ended up being something like 80029C9C, if not it was some USB error. I took an educated guess as to why this is and all I could think f is that in recovery modes the PS3 isn't running enough options to figure out the real error, so it just gives out 8002F2C5 instead.

Anyway, you could try what I did and take a different USB to a different computer and fully format it to FAT32, then re-download the firmware you are currently on and try to install it. If it still doesn't work then is your PS3 running off a SATA station/cable?
