Connect the controller using a USB cable, and then press the PS button . when i press PS button .. same msg i press PS button

If it won't let you do anything in recovery, then you should possibly try another known working hdd because there is not much else you can do.

Hopefully after a reformat of the new drive, your controllers will work. Let us know how it goes.
