(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I Thought it was a good idea to switch from cex to dex so i could use different mods on black ops 1 i have switched using the tutorial on this fourm but now i when i try boot up my game via the disc i just get a black screen? what have i done... :/

Are you using a disk or a game form your HDD?

For me all I had to do was replace my eboots and SPRX's after converting.

i was using a disc, games stored onto my HDD worked fine :s

if you had cex eboots installed for which ever games then thats probably your issue. just find the dex eboots and other files you need and your game should load fine.

On the XMB, go to "game data utility" folder, then delete black ops 1 data

then start the game from disc and let it update, afterwards you should be able to play..

or find DEX eboot and try in dev_hdd0/game/BLxS12345/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN

Let us know how it goes.

Disc games should be fine but know that if u wish to mod that game it needs to be installed on hdd
