Does all types of recoveries work? All i want to transfer is money, rank and unlock all.

If you are not signed into Social Club on PC, then you will be able to do it.

Alright, thanks! So i can just go and mod this account and transfer it directly or does it take some time for it to register the new ranks and such?

Just mod it like normally with whatever you want. Then, link the PSN account to Social Club. After that, link it to your Steam and then sign into GTA 5 on Steam and you should be set. Go to GTA 5 Online, head to the Online tab, and press on Character Transfer and it will recognize a character.

On PC? If you do everything right, like adding money to bank directly, you should not be banned on PC.
