(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm just getting into the modding community so I don't know a whole lot, but that's why I'm here asking.*I have a*CECHExx PS3 I want to downgrade to 3.55, and after a bit of research, I found out I need to get one of these:*
Progskeet / TEENSY++ 2.0 / InFeCtuS

Which one is better?*

Ok, I think that's what I'm going to do. What's the difference between the Teensy ++ 2.0 and the Teensy 2.0? And does it need to have pins? And which one do I need?

I've never used one personally but know a few people that have and they've recommended it so that's why i suggested using it.

You should extensively look into the procedure it takes to flash a NAND chip, it's not exactly beginner friendly..hard to find such accurate help for them

A NOR chip ps3 and e3 flasher will save you 99% of the headache.

Don't want to discourage, but thought id warn ya.
Best of luck to you!

Thanks, and from what I've seen and read, the hardest part is the soldering and getting everything right. I would go the other way, but the price difference is quite a bit from what I've seen

And could someone please help me compile a list of things I need to get and where to get/order them?
