For WAW - You put the "patch_mp.ff" in the WaW USRDIR folder. If you're using an RTM tool then you simply connect it to your PS3 and attach when you have booted up the game.

For BO1 - You put the SPRX file in "dev_hdd0/tmp" and you put the EBOOT.BIN in your BO1 USRDIR folder. If you're using an RTM tool then you simply connect it to your PS3 and attach when you have booted up the game.

SPRX & go in the /tmp
EBOOT.BIN & patch_mp.ff go into the correct games /USRDIR folder.
RTM Tools you just connect and attach when you have booted the game.
