you must have a modified system whether thats a jtag xbox 360 or a cfw ps3 . you can use usb mods but those are extremely outdated and gay, and if your caught with them you can get not only your account banned bu your system too. which if your system cant be downgraded and jailbroken then its completely useless as u cant unban a unjailbreakable console

A-where and how to get " mods " working on your Console ?
-you need a Jb or Jtag console for that
B-you are searching for the methods using for creating mods ?
-You need a little C++/C# knowledge if you gonna make sprx mods or rtm tools
