I'm pretty sure webMAN only works for DEX users I'm not quite sure though but I'm on CEX and DEX both but i can't use webMAN so instead i use Multiman and PSN Patch. Yes i have cobra enabled also i tried enabling webman but it wouldn't work.

I use PSNPatch and PSNinja so it's really up to you on which to use and to get that thing to pop up it's in this section of CCAPI here:

So it's basically just own preference I've tried it on webman and it does say it works get pop up saying history deleted and cfw syscall disabled so for the pop up its just the info tab fill in blank section then notify then that's it Thks guys
