Are you on 1.78 or 4.78? I assume you'd be on 4.78 CEX. So you need to either get a 4.80 spoofer, or you can convert to DEX and you won't need a spoofer. Pm me or reply if you need help

I would go with switching to DEX because of what GoKezGo said. It's honestly better unless you prefer having to find spoofs.

Switch d-rex rebug i think its best one and also not hard to do anything lol

If you truly are on 1.78 fw, just update your ps3 to a later (CEX) firmware, such as

Then with one of those you can use the latest arch spoofer You must login or register to view this content.



Or you can just install a 4.80 based (CEX) cfw of your choice and you will not need a spoof. Or change to (DEX) as others have suggested..


After you are spoofed, you can go to XMB>system settings>system information and your firmware should match that of sony's current official firmware, which is currently (4.80)
