That happens with that file because at least from what i understand it's not been updated since 2011 so it won't work on newer firmwares.

That makes sense. Do you know of another application that can change the coldboots? I'm going to try to edit the flash right now.

Personally i don't trust any app to do it properly so i've always done it myself

How can I get access to wirte the flash to change the coldboot? I used to know how to do this 4 years ago lol.

1.Run REBUG Toolbox
2. Open Filezilla and connect your PS3.
3.Once connected to your PS3 and you have Rebug Toolbox running on your PS3, navigate to dev_rebug>vsh>resource
4.Copy and overwrite your coldboot files as show below:
