Unfortunately NGU doesn't sell or support selling Console IDs so you'll need to look on Google for a reliable & trusted seller or you can contact the person wherever you got your PS3 from.

You need a new cid, and once you get one you need, you can set it with ccapi by typing it into the idps changer, then click set current idps and set boot idps so everytime you turn the ps3 on, it will automatically set it to that cid.
