Okay so let me make something clear you're NOT converting to CEX you're simply changing the Target ID to CEX which will hopefully make the CID work so to do that open REBUG Toolbox and scroll to the right until you see Target ID, click that and it should say it's CEX now, then restart your PS3 and hopefully you should be able to sign in.

I can't get it unbanned on 2.70 I think I'll go to 2.60 since I see most videos using that version

I highly doubt it's CCAPI that's causing it as i'm using 2.70 with no issues but if you want to use 2.60 be my guest.

Most likely you aren't doing some right, but 2.7 is buggy as its a new release. Hard to know. Also, make sure you quote us back!
