So I successfully setup TMAPI / Target Manager. It connects to my PS3 fine and I'm able to use FileZilla. However, I can't connect any RTM tools for some odd reason, I don't know why & I've tried asking around but had no luck.

If someone can help me then that would be appreciated, thanks.

If you're on rebug go into tmapi connect to your ps3 and right click it and select "reset in system software mode" rebug firmwares support tmapi but its still buggy. I have had this problem. If it doesn't work set your boot mode to release mode then again in tmapi the reset in system software mode
