(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello NGU

So I successfully setup TMAPI / Target Manager. It connects to my PS3 fine and I'm able to use FileZilla. However, I can't connect any RTM tools for some odd reason, I don't know why & I've tried asking around but had no luck.

If someone can help me then that would be appreciated, thanks.

Try using a Different tool and make sure the tool is for the version number of the game you are using, say if you are on a game version 1.7 but using a tool designed for 1.3 its not gonna work, Also the "NOTMGUI" you are getting you need to re install the target manager, as the installation has messed up somewhere.

Re-installing TM wouldn't do anything.

Make sure these settings are as follows and see if that help's,
In Debug Settings.
Release Check Mode: Development Mode.
Boot Mode: System Software Mode / if not try Release mode.
Network Settings: Single Settings.

Or hope this helps you, You must login or register to view this content.

My settings are all set to them already and the video didn't help.

Ok go into computer> SN system > ps3 > bin > put the tool in there > create a shortcut onto the desktop then open it and that should connect

Also make sure you have changed the eboot to a debug eboot
Let me know if this works

You can't connect? or you just can't attach?

Try to set it up again.

1. Delete the target Ip you are using.
2. Optional(reset your router/ps3)
3. Click file, new target
4. Select a name for your ps3
5. Click next, then click the 3 dots
6. Find your ps3 IP, click debugging station
7. Click next and try to connect to the ps3 on XMB
you may freeze. just restart your ps3.

Then try to connect to tools.

Hmm that's weird. I have had some problems with RTM's not working. Did you check everything? Try out some other rtm tools and see if those work? I don't really know.

Would you like me to assist you via Skype? I could probably find the issue for you and troubleshoot you through it.
