and if so can you tell me a proper way on doing it safe ?

Old style fat nand PS3's aint really worth the hassle of downgrading anymore.

Cost to buy bits to make a nand flasher are around £100 then you got to solder it all together & get it working.

You can buy a Progskeet but I've heard there shit!

Nand downgrade will cost you around £45, with the price of consoles so low now, its not really economically viable

Guessing you got a CECH-G03 or CECH-C03?

its a CECHa01 it runs good it never over heats and my slim burnt a few days ago
and do you know where there a place that shows how to install a teensy++ 2.0 or a Progskeet step by step ?

You will have a hard time finding a teensy built & ready to go, i know someone who sells then for £200! & like i said progskeet's or shit.

Sell that old fat, you will mess about with it getting it downgraded then it will prob get ylod like most of them do.

More effort than its worth, get shot of it & buy a 3.55 slim or a slim & E3 flasher if you want to do it yourself.

i found a teensy ready for 25$
but i dont know where to start to wire solder i cant find a step by step for it
if anything ill buy a new console lol
