If you can still sign into PSN but not play the game online then the games servers banned you but if you can't sign into PSN the Sony banned your account.

Make sure it's your console that's not banned and not the accounts. If your system is banned you cannot sign into any account.

An actual account ban shouldn't be happening frequently.
